Definition
Erysipelas is a type of skin infection (cellulitis).
Symptoms
* Blisters
* Fever, shaking, and chills
* Painful, very red, swollen, and warm skin underneath the sore (lesion)
* Skin lesion with a raised border
* Sores (erysipelas lesions) on the cheeks and bridge of the nose
